"Yet another new organisation..." - could we comment reading these sentences. Well this is true, we would like to inform our readership about a new civil origanisation.
There are lots of various kind of informations that can be seen on TV, heard on the radio about the Internet. Unfortunately most of those badly lacks the objectivity and factual precisity and the mere human only blinks and tries to decide which news to be trusted, which story to be believed. There are still a low number of Internet users among the citizens in Hungary, so most of those people can only obtain indirect infromations which forms their opinions about the Net.
We would like to change that with our humble efforts and possibilities, to popularize the true Internet, to make people to familiarize the possibilities of this sea of (mostly useful) informations.
CsaTolna: the name originates from many roots, mostly from the word "csatolni" (to connect) and the name of Tolna county. The members of the Association are individuals who are devotees to the computer technology and familiar in the new, electronic means of information use. We would like to see Tolna county to expand in the number of the Internet users as well as in the amount of content, informations about the region on the Net. We try to familiarize people with the net in practice and providing help for them to make them to use the possibilities the Net provides.
